In 1 Kings, Solomon asked for wisdom in order to best rule the Kingdom, instead of gifts and women, etc. Solomon ruled for 40 years before falling into idolatry after he was asked to make a sacrifice to his wives’ other gods. He failed God when he took multiple wives and in the collection of 666 talents of gold each year, (Deuteronomy). “And the Lord was angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned away from the Lord, the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice and commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods. But he did not keep what the Lord commanded.” The covenant was broken. The kingdom divided and left with one tribe.
Although Solomon was distracted by the sins of the flesh, the earliest part of his reign gave birth to three distinct offspring of the wisdom of God. These are Solomon’s Strengths:
1)Divine Wisdom -God-given
intellect; Teacher and Counselor
2) Organizational Splendor- Architectural & Military Build/Engineer
3) Written Inspiration- Author of Proverbs, Ecclesiastes & Song of Song

It is these same principles we have adopted from Solomon to erect a divine development of business blueprints.
-First and foremost, keep God as the center of everything in life. Matthew 6:33, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well,”
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
~Jeremiah 29:13
-Secondly, giving your best to God means that you are disciplined and orderly as you dedicate your business to Him for the goodness of kingdom citizens. So, you would ensure the quality of its foundation and its security.
“Anyone who listens to my teachings and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the flood waters rose and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock.”
~Matthew 7:24-27
But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. When the rains and floods came and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.”
1 Corinthians 3:13-16
Each one’s work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire. Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s spirit dwells in you?
-Thirdly, the security that your business will survive all elements is called insurance or physical security.

Philippians 4:6-7
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
-Finally, pass on your knowledge or leverage other scholars.

Solomon passed on his lessons learned in books of the Bible. Study Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Song of Songs. Keep the motivational and inspirational declarations a daily priority to reflect on which will help you stay focused. It may help to sing a song or hide a song in your heart that reminds you why you are providing this business to fellow kingdom citizens.
And believers, the single most important tool you could ever employ as you embark on one of the scariest, exciting, unnerving, yet rewarding ventures of your whole faithfulness existence is prayer while fasting. That is, if you wish to keep the hairs on your head and as many marbles in your head as humanly possible. You may want to take a before-the-journey and an after-the-journey photo to chronicle the wide range of emotional and psychological peaks and valleys you will navigate and conquer.

I thank You that you have made Your kingdom citizens more than a conqueror through Him who loves us. I know that if God be for us, who can be against us. The enemy will not be able to bring charge against God’s elect for we are justified by the Blood of Jesus. Today I release the blood of Jesus over my life, my family, my ministry, my church, my finances, my mind, my career, my health, my dreams and visions downloaded at rest and everything that concerns me. I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that rises against me in judgment, is condemned, for our righteousness is of the Lord. As I continue to pursue the desires of my heart and assess their alignment with the will of God, I declare the full protection of the Blood of Jesus. I will not be intimidated nor change my course unless You change it for me. I have counted the cost to serve Christ and am determined by God’s grace that I will go forward and I will be strong in the Lord. I pray that you place a hedge of protection around every person you have placed in my direct path to assist me in this endeavor. May You get all the glory, the honor and the praise in this mighty move of God. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
